Hi Phil, If I am reading this notification correctly, Apple is finally pulling the MacOS 7 network file sharing protocol called AFP. Mac’s have been defaulting to SMB for quite some time with NFS also. being available as network file sharing protocols.
You would need to connect directly to the Mac, or have another network fileserver . as the Time Capsules software only supports AFP. If you want your Htime machine on the home network instead of connecting directly to your network look at something like the Synology or a low powered linux machine.
