Hi, Have you checked to see if your scanner manufacturer offers free software? I’m using an HP scanner/printer. The software that was installed during setup didn’t do the scanning I wanted. So I installed HP Easy Scan and it allows me to scan documents and save them as images,, searchable pdfs, text, etc.
