Hi Rob,

When you navigate the mail box table, are you using the cursor keys on their 
own or with the VO keys.

If I just use the cursor up/down keys, then VoiceOver skips over the name of 
the account and moves from the last mail box in one account to the first mail 
box in the next account. If the account is collapsed, then there is nothing 
spoken.

When focus is on the last mail box of one account, try using VO + Cursor down 
and see if the next account is named.

Vo + Backslash will expand the account once it has focus.
