Sorry, I am late to respond to this. I don’t know John, although I know of him; I met him a time or two at a blindness convention, but I have friends who have worked with him extensively. Most notably was Dave Durber who lives in England now, but he always used to talk about loving to work with John, His humor and knowledge were unsurpassed. I hope he could pull through all this and come out the other side with glowing colors. I know that’s asking a lot of the universe compared to the state he is in, but hey, miracles do happen.
