Hi Pete, I've had a few pairs of the Shokz bone conduction headphones, but they don't fit my head very well either. Before I got my Ray-Ban Meta glasses, the best option for me for that purpose was the Shokz OpenFit. They're technically earbuds, but instead of going in your ears they sit on the shell of each ear and have a hook that fits behind your ears to keep them in place. Their audio and call quality are pretty clear, too. Jessica
