Which format do you plan to use? If you go bootcamp, you MUST partition your
hard drive. If you go that route, I'd recommend the 500 GB. That way, you'll
have a good chunk of space for Window,s while also having a good chunk for
Mac. It also depends on how many things you have. 4 GB should be fine for
Windows 7. I ran it very smoothly with the beta under 2 GB of RAM.
