I agree with Ray completely—my sentiments precisely! I wait it out and try to figure out things for myself. Always I appreciate it when someone admits to being wrong or to making a mistake; and, go on from there. Heavens I surely do make a lot of mistakes, admit it, and tell what work-a-rounds or other solutions I've found that do work.
