I have an Apple TV fourth gen. Just where are you having trouble?

What ever you do, don't throw it out the window. It does work. First, you can
turn on voice Over by pressing the back button three times quickly. The back
button is the concaved button just to the left and below the down arrow button.
Be aware that the navigational area can both be tapped and pressed physically.
Mostly, you'll be physically pressing rather than tapping it however.
For further, you might check Apple Vis or else the Apple web site where you
should be able to find what you need. There's just too much for me to cover in
one message.

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray
Still a very proud Mac, Xfinity Mobile and Apple TV user
