Sadly, it’s looking like you’re absolutely right. I’ve just read through several other posts I’ve found on there regarding this, and it looks like Wine doesn’t seem to play nice with anything needing to utilize the Sapi 5 voices, which is what I was going to be needing. I found a version of Mario Brothers on audiogames.net that someone created years ago, that I used to play a while back when I still had my Windows Vista Machine, which I no longer have, and was hoping to go back and download the Sonic the Hedgehogg game he created as well, but looks like that will have to wait a while.
