If your speaker is bluetooth, make sure it is listed as a speaker in systems, bluetooth, name of speaker, flick up for information, choose speaker. Also, make sure headphones are selected in system sound, output. However, the former suggestions are probably correct. Your headphone jack isn’t fully inserted, is dirty or wires are broken.
