Hi Lorie, If you are talking about theMac, I couldn’t find it either. Under settings in Safari and Extensions it wasn’t there. This is the way I managed to turn it on. 1. go to the App Store on your Mac 2. click on the name of your account at the most right side.. 3. then interact with the details collection 4. here you see your purchases with Vinegar comes first 5. click it to open 6. click on the next screen open again 7. and on the next screen click Quit and Open Safari Extensions Preferences… button 8. the Safari settings for extensions opens and Vinegar is in the table where you can enable it
