I've got a 3rd gen SE, and have been on 16 for a couple of months now. I
probably don't use my phone as much as many others of you do, but I've not
noticed loss of the stuff I've been used to once I went to 16. It's true that
we're half-way through the 16 cycle, so I doubt any more major changes will
happen before 17 comes out.

Do the update. You should be fine.

I am still using iOS 15. Have they shaken the bugs out of iOS 16 with version
three yet or is it still not a good idea to upgrade?. I don’t want to lose
accessibility or sensitivity of the screen or any functionality for that matter.
