very often when I hit enter on an email it doesn't load. my Mac just sits there. I can't even close it. if I turn vo off and then back on it says: "archive.." at that point I can left-arrow to "close." I'm on an old Mac Mini, late 2014 running monterey.
is this just Mac old age or might something else be wrong? I do have Clean My Mac but last time I had it at the Mac store to fix a bungled upgrade, the tech told me not to use Clean My Mac. any suggestions? thanks.
