Hi Scott, Find the "Select your country" pop-up, and after selecting your country, click the download link right above the "System REquirements" heading.
If you should decide to buy the app, you will be presented with a map to click to show your location in the world. You might find the web shop for U.S. by some other links, but by posting a message to the developer, I got a direct link that works for me to access the web store in Europe.
