Often times with MacOS Safari if you typed VO-A to read everything (especially if you have Group Navigation turned on) VoiceOver would start making a constant beeping sound as it tried to determine layers of the page while reading. Usually when this happened, I could only get it to stop by turning VoiceOver off and back on I just did a read all of a New York Times article that had tables, cross referenced articles and a few other layers and I did not encounter this beeping. This was with MacOs 11.1. So perhaps this bug is finally resolved in this weeks update.
