Fazil,

Once you launch system preferences, vo+right arro past Apple ID & family
sharing to the last elements which is where all the panes are located. You
need to interact with this area first by pressing vo+shift+down arrow. Then
you will see all the preference panes like dock, desktop, users, security &
privacy, and many more. You can either vo+arrow keys to move through all the
available pains or you can start typing the first few letters of the pane you
want to land on it immediately. So if you start typing keyboard, you should
get there quickly. Once you land on the pane you want to open, you have to
press vo+spacebar to open it. Remember, some panes will require that you enter
your computer password to make changes so always check at the very right of the
pain whether you can see lock icon which means that you need to enter your
password. You won’t need it though for keyboard pane.

Hope this helps.
