Fazil, Go to system preferences & choose keyboard pane. There find the “input sources” tab and press vo+space on it to make it active. Then move right till you find “add” button. A table of all input sources possible will appear. But you will also have “search” text box there so you can start typing “Arabic” & the Arabic input source/keyboard will appear in the table. Choose it. You will be returned to the “input sources” tab and you should find in the table of input sources your Arabic keyboard. Move to the right and find a checkbox that says " Show Input menu in menu bar checked checkbox". Check this box and in the menu extra you will now have an item to do with input sources to which you can swiftly get and choose a different input source. There's a shortcut key combination which you can use to choose next & previous input source but as a default I think it clashes with spotlight activation shortcut key so it needs changing to something different.
