Hi, Search for Apple Trade-In for Mac or Apple Trade-In for iPhone. Pages should come up that you can use. It is a third party purchaser contracted by Apple to provide this service. The form is mostly accessible, although a little frustrating at times. For iPhone and iPad, you fill out the forms on-line, then you can either use your own packing boxes or they’ll send you one. Your estimated value is given to you prior to them receiving the device. They send you the Apple Store Gift Card by eMail once they’ve received and verified your device condition and specs. I’ve never actually done this with a Mac, as each time I entered my specs, it was not worth any cash to me. Silly things last too long, I guess.
