The new OS has a lot of security features. But personally, except for some 
additional configurations in Braille, I have seen little day to day differences 
for me between the two systems. Though I have to say, I spend very little time 
in iTUnes/Music/Podcasts so if you use these applications you will definitely 
see differences in Catalina.
