Jonathan, Okay, that fixed it. I needed to VO arrow to the conversation, interact, then VO arrow to Contact Snippet and interact with that. Then VO arrow to contact details and interact with that, and VO arrow down to the information I needed. Easy as pie, or as easy as mentally calculating PI to 15 digits of precision. Egads. Sometimes the Mac is just not a friendly beast, is it?
