Hi Jonathan and others,

        Hope this works.

This type of exchange is why I value this list and hope to be functional again.
 This message came through.

I remember when my iPhone would act as described. I’d ask for a phone number
or address from contacts and before I could read it, it would go away.

I’m currently using 13.3.1 on a 10 S and this is not happening. I can now see
the info when swiping. Not the entire contact but the info I asked for and
some functionality like making a call is there. If I asked for the address I
can tap on that and maps is activated.

If I tap on the item that says Contact header it actually opens in contacts but
is just the contacts app not the contact I asked for.

Hope this gets through.

Best,

Eric Caron
