I am totally blind and am trying to build a web page. I need instructions on how I can find out what elements or text is placed on the screen. It is important to know things like if a banner is too large and drops down to a second line. I also need to know if boxes are placed where I think they are! Does VoiceOver have the capability to help with this or do I need to buy a cheap windows based laptop just to be able to see my layout?
