Hey Brad and Tim,

Thanks for the info. We'll take a look at the Honeywell thermostat. I like 
having access through both the app and Siri. I just find that there are things 
like scheduling and remotely controlling temperature that are easier to do with 
the app. so my preference would be to have a thermostat with an accessible app.
