Hi Sarah and Les,
You don't need to navigate to the menu bar to move your selected
items: your context menu options will operate on multiple selections.
If you want to move all the messages in a folder, just "select all" in
the messages table for that folder with Command-A, bring up the
context menu (VO-Shift-M), type "m o" or use your arrow keys to
navigate to the "Move To" menu option, then right arrow to the submenu
and use your arrow keys or start typing the first few letters to find
the folder you want to move your selections to and press return.
It's also possible to select a block of items by holding down the
shift key and pressing your down (or up) arrow key to highlight
entries. VoiceOver also allows you to do non-contiguous selection of
items in a list, and to review the items you have selected with VO-F6,
but you won't want to use that for a huge list if you are selecting all.
HTH
Cheers,
Esther

I already know how to do that. that's how I've been doing it. I want
to move an entire folder of messages and I've been cutting and
pasting from import to on my mac. there has to be a quicker way
though.

Hi Sarah
To move a message to another folder, do the following.
1. Contro-Option M to bring up the menu bar.
2. Type letter M followed by E to reach the message option and
press enter.
3. Start typing the word move, probably the first or at most first
2 letters will get you there. VO will say Move submenu.
4. Hit right arrow to expand the list of folders.
5. Start typing the name of the folder you wish to move the
message to and VO will verbalize the folder name as you type.
Press enter and the message will be placed into that folder.
Hope that helps.
