Hi, Excellent ping time, and if you're on fibre like Simon mentioned, that's not particularly quick, but really not that bad for most uses. Where you are in your house, where you are in relation to the WiFi transmitter and other devices that could be interfering with the signal are all factors that can make it so that your speed isn't as good as expected. Time of day can also be a factor.
