Hi,

How about using the Item Chooser instead.  Once you've opened the linked page, 
press VO-i to bring up the Item Chooser, type the word "start", then press 
return.  That should land you on the Start button.  The only reasons I can 
think why it's not working for you is if that site is not available in New 
Zealand, or if you're going to the wrong site.
