Are you wanting to wipe the entire flash drive or just the 3 partitions
I'm thinking if the entire flash drive then terminal using the diskutil command
line might do it

There are 4 partitions on a USB drive. The one Time Machine uses will not
mount. The other partitions seem fine but I am unable to eject any of them.
Other drives work fine.
First Aid fails and I cannot erase the TM partition. Any way to resolve
this? Thanks.
