At the risk of pointing out what should be obvious, the U.S. Government
is legally obligated to provide accessible versions of this report. The
Department of Justice web site actually acknowledges this fact even as
it plainly states the version provided may not be accessible.

I know, I know, the administration violating its own laws is such an
exception these days ...
