Not to upset anybody further, but I’ve just pre-ordered the report from Amazon Kindle store. It will be delivered to me on 24 April. I’m willing to pay the eight dollars for a well formatted, Indexed, and easily traversable copy of this document. I’m doing this for the same reason that I read Salman Rushdie’s book “Satanic verses“. I’ve heard so much about it I’ve just got to see what’s got everybody’s knickers in a twist Maybe I’ll let you all know if it’s a good fit on the Kindle for iOS.
