I'm not sure I understand what is being asked?
If it's can you record vo on an ios device or mac then yes I know you can have
a mac computer record vo when it's talking
I've done thisa couple of times where I get my mac book to record what vo is
saying
But I'm going to guess this isn’t what your after.
