Hi Tim and Simon: THank sso much for your help. all my attempts did not do anything. so I went to the Apple store, and they made the update in 20 minutes, and my Phone came to live. do not know the difference, because I tried making the update. but they did and now, it tern back to 11.03,. don't know if I will update to ios11.1, will it happen again or what?
