Hi, If you're iPhone is still properly associated with iTunes on that computer, then it should show up on the iTunes screen. You can then press on the iPhone button, interact with the Scroll area and navigate to the Configure Accessibility Options. Press the radio button for VoiceOver, follow the prompts, then press Apply. Two road-blocks could happen here. If your iPhone has lost its association with the Mac, then the pass-code is needed first before iTunes will be allowed to do anything. Second, if the volume is down, you still won't here it.
