I guess I get the same results as the rest of you are getting when my 2014 MBP running Sierra boots up . it doesn't say anything until it starts up then it asks for username, and I found out that after I type the username, I can tab and it will prompt for the password. Then I tap enter aget the three beeps and proceed into the syhstem.
