I find that it conveniently separates mailing list messages from messages addressed directly to me, and it does so automatically. The notifications it creates on the lock screen are also useful. I think Microsoft Outlook for iOS demonstrates that programmers in Redmond have been paying attention to accessibility. I have it installed on the Mac as well, but I haven't had enough experience with that version to comment.
