As for me, I found out that my Philips SHB-5500 does not come with drivers of any kind. I also found out that apparently, windows users seem to be having trouble pairing these headphones to windows machines: so, as a result, Philips has issued knew bluetooth drivers which windows users have to instal. It would seem that these are not direct drivers for the headphones though but rather, drivers for the bluetooth side of windows. Mac users it seems have no such issues and nor do IOS users.
