Hi Helgar,

That is a great question,

I at this point don’t know.

I hope they have touch bar drivers for the windows side of things

Hi all! How are you all? I'm interesting in getting the new MacBook Pro 13
inches next year, but the problem for me is that it does not have USV drive.
In other words, I can't use a UsV drive, and I use USV drives for school. Now I
have a MacBook Air 11 inches, which I bought last year. I have a question, do
you thinkI can sell my Mac to apple and buy the new one? Just wondering. And my
other question is, how I will use myUSV drive for school on the new Macbook
Pro? I do use my Trackpad on my macbook air, but not so much. That is why I
think I'm not ready to use the new Macbook Pro without USV drive and with
touch bar. I will really appreciate any opinion about this matter. I wil use
JAWS on my new Macbook Pro with vm ware fusion. I look forward in hearing form
you soon. Thanks and God bless!

I will get the 256 model, I have a MacMini with 512 SSD right now, and don’t

server with 24TB and a time capsule with 3TB, so I see no need to save anything
internally. I am looking forward to mastering the touch bar, although I am
sure that will take a little longer than it usually does, since the touch bar
will be app specific.

Thats a big +1 from me, totally agree David.

I will probably go with a 2016 model because I usually update every year. I am
considering the 15 inch model with the light bar and the fastest I7 option.
I’m not sure if I will go 1 or 2 TB of storage, 2 TB is a huge amount. I have
a 1 TB drive now and don’t come anywhere near filling it up. I do wish there
was a 32 GB option but we’ve covered that, 16 seems to be all the memoryI can
get at least for this year. I will also buy the upgraded graphics option for
faster graphics performance and because I experiment a lot with drones and
video feeds from different arial platforms. Also like producing youtube videos.

I totally agree with David’s position on technology and am glad apple puts a
lot of thought in to the accessibility side of things.

I would prefer a full touchscreen. However, Apple does not have one yet. So, I
would prefer an iPad Pro, Mac, combo unit. Apple does not have that yet either.
My current Mac is a MacBook Air 11" 2011. It is getting old. It only has 2 GB
RAM as that was the maximum available at the time. Likewise, it only has 128 GB
internal storage. My new iPhone 7 (the plus was unavailable) has 256 GB storage.

The world is going touchscreen. Apple continues its commitment to
accessibility. Eventually, the world will go to air gestures. Legal blindness
is 0.5% of the population. This means, we must adapt to general market tech and
innovations, whenever possible. We do not have the numbers to make the market
adapt to us. Therefore, I go to the latest, not last years tech, whenever
possible. This way, I stay ahead / in the curve, as much as possible, and
therefore, remain relavent.

Hi:
Is anyone getting the new 2016 Macbook Pro? If so, which version? With, or
without touchbar?
