I can't reproduce this either on an IPhone 6S, an IPhone 6, an IPhone 6+, nor an IPad Pro 12 inch. Come to think of it, I even tried on my mom's IPad Air first generation, and wasn't able to reproduce there either.

Are you sure that you haven't possibly accidentally gone under Settings>Sound and somehow set your default alarm tone to "None?" It's unlikely, I agree, but I'd still check, just in case.

Hi Jeff,

I do not have that problem on my ipod touch 6th gen with ios 10.01.
Perhaps it is something with the phone?

Hi all,

I think I’ve discovered a bug in IOS 10.0.1 using Voiceover and the Alarm app. Unfortunately, I ended up sleeping in and missing my bus/train this morning.

Can anybody confirm thet the alarm sound drops out or doesn’t play at all when Voiceover is running? I have also tried it with the mute button set and I think that causes a problem too.

Assuming we can recreate this bug, how do I submit this to Apple as I’ve never submitted one before.

Thx,
Jeff
