I hear from another list, that the Macintosh versions of Office now have the "Accessibility tester" available.
What this means for us, is that people who use the Macintosh Microsoft Office suite will soon be able to click a ribbon item and and be reminded to give alternative text for graphics and also be told if any of their document structures are not suitable for AT technology. Go and advocate to your computer friends that send they have no excuse now for sending you documents that are unreadable and composed in Word or PowerPoint.
