mark, that is a very good question and one if I can find sufficient time, I'd like to dig into. I think it would make sense that a product such as the Mac fit into this category because of the universal access. I think you could argue either way, but likely the argument would still lean more toward including it as an adaptive solution and gee it wouldn't really cost that much more than a stand-alone screen reader either. :)
