Once that was done, he was told to go to the computer and verify the information. I'm not sure what information they wanted in the iTunes Store. Called up the iTunes Store on the Mac. Nothing showed up. Nothing unusual that is. Has anyone had this experience and can tell me what to do when renting a movie for the first time when you get this nonsense about going to your computer to verify information?
