I have a new Apple TV four. When Apple TV is connected via HDMI to our TV set and the audio goes to the TV speakers, which are awful, there is no problem with voiceover. When the sound bar that we have is connected to the TV via digital optical cable, and there is audio coming through it on a more or less steady basis, such as when playing the TV show or something from Apple Music, and you Errol around or use the remote and here voiceover, there is also no problem. It does not cut out. When, however, there is no audio except for voiceover, there is a cut out problem. You can use the remote or arrow around with a Bluetooth keyboard, and the first several syllables or words are missed. So there is some kind of delay happening somewhere apparently within the sound bar, which causes the first few syllables of voiceover to be missed when audio isn't already being played. I hope that made sense. I had this problem before with a second generation TV and surround sound system, where things were going through an AV receiver and the same problem happened. What is it with this audio cut out thing? How are people getting around this? My sound bar is klipsch, supposed to be a good one. We try this on a different older TV, and the same thing happen. So it's not something with our TV outputs. I would say it is the sound bar, except I had the same problem before I'll be at with an older AppleTV. Mary
