iPhone SE will be my choice for now because of the 3.5 jack missing on iPhone
7. Like to use the cabled headset and charge at the same time. Adapters will be
a choice, but ….

Something good will happen with hi-fi quality down the road, is my guess, but
it may take 2 years. Competition from streaming services and devices and demand
from customers.

Lets hope also the next SE model have 3.5mm headphone jack. The wireless
signals can be better too.

Take care
