Hi,

I have three issues to report with VoiceOver accessibility in Numbers version
3.6.X. All three have been recently tested with Numbers version 3.6.1 (2566) on
a 13" mid 2011 MacBook Air with 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB 1333 MHz
DDR3 RAM and Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB.

1. VoiceOver no longer says column or row names when interacting with
column/row reference tabs using VO-shift-backslash. It only says the address of
the column/row (e.g. “column A”, “column B”, “row 1”, “row 2” etc) even if
there is a relevant header row/column. IN versions of Numbers prior to 3.6 it
would say the column/row name (e.g. “Date”, “Quantity”, whatever) when
navigating the column/row reference tabs if a name had been given in a header
row/column. It is better to have VoiceOver say the column/row names rather than
the addresses. If I am trying to move the “Date” column right of the “Quantity”
column, I want to know the names of the columns, I might not remember whether
the “Quantity” column is column G or F etc.

2. VoiceOver will not say the name of a table if the table has only one row and
one column (e.g. is only one cell). VoiceOver will refer to the table as
“column A table”. Interestingly, while VoiceOver clearly says, “column A
table”, when I “copy the last phrase to clipboard” using VO-shift-c, the text
pasted includes the name of the table as expected. So not sure what’s going on
there. It might be that the correct text is being displayed by VoiceOver but is
not being spoken.

3. Sometimes it will not be possible to navigate using only the arrow keys
after interacting with a table until first moving at least once with the VO
keys. This only happens sometimes, not all the time.
