With the apple remote desktop app you can remotely manage the / a second machine however voiceover will not work through the remote connection However if the second machine is close enough to you then you can hear voiceover working as you navogate around the screan.
I've been looking for something to do this with such as jaws do with windows remote desktop where the remote connection allows jaws pro to work through the rdp session and get full functionality of the second machine.
