Hank they may not charge for this, but have you tried turning the machine 
slot-side down and perhaps tilting it? Might be enough to get that disc loose. 
I'm wondering if the disc has a label that is getting caught.. If all else 
fails, you really should give them a call and I'd be surprised if they charge 
you much if anything to get that disc out.
