Hello Yuma, I just managed to reproduce your problem. I collapsed On My Mac, and it disappeared completely. However, I found that by interacting with the table, stopping interacting, and starting the interaction again, brought On My Mac back again, and I could expand it with a right arrow.
My husband looked at what I was doing and said that VO was simply jumping over On My Mac which was greyed out.
