Ever since I upgraded to El Kapitan I have found iBooks on OS unusable
with constant busy messages ehen whenever I try to interact with the
text scroll area. .
I took advice and did a complete clean install of El Kapitan.
Unfortunately this has not produced any improvement and I have exactly
the same issues as when I had simply upgraded over Yosemite.
I have a 2011 iMac with 16 GB of Ram and a solid state primary hard
disc. No other part of the OS, as far as I can tell so far is producing
any lag.
I am using the Alex voice.
It seems puzzingly that some of us are reporting no issues whilst others
appear to have exactly the same problem I have.
Could I first of all confirm if anybody else, like me, has this problem
even after a complete clean install?
