Just an observation. Even when the system has booted and taken care of the behind the scenes work, sometimes I get the busy signal. Such as when accessing the menu extras. Happens elsewhere too, kind of random. May do another clean, cleaner, install but wanted to see if others see this too..

This I saw in Yosemite but want to see if I can fix this one. Many times Voiceover will read and repeat what is going on. An example is when I open another app, I think what VO is doing is reading elements as focus changes. Make sense. Its like VO is reporting each step it takes as focus is shifted to the new task. In other words, "too much information". Verbosity does not appear to be a remedy. Is there one at all? Thanks.
