I don't know about the Stream itself, but I thought it could act as a card reader when connected to a computer? If not, there are definitely USB card readers out there, from a few dollars to $20 or $30. Amazon, Newegg (my personal choice), Best Buy, and anywhere else will have them. They nearly always work on Windows or Mac with no special drivers or anything to worry about.
