Have a new external drive and wish to partition it into two and use
the GUID scheme so I can use one or the other as a startup disk. Each
partition to be used by two different apps, one is Time Machine, the
other is Carbon Copy Cloner.
I think I need to start over and get this right. Would appreciate
the steps I need to take to set the correct options for each partition.
I thought I had it but found they were set with the MBR option, not
GUID. Thanks much.
